It is a Quick release battery terminal clamp to mount on Negative battery pole. Product is Consumer type so cable can be easily bolted on using a screwdriver. Produced from Polypropylene (Blue color cover), raw brass 12 microns Tin Plated and stainless steel 316. Tin plated version is a preffered choice for Marine industrie e.g. connecting Boat batteries.
